舖了两層後, 放一層冰片糖, 然後再放一層檸檬.
*檸檬的作用是可以增加發酵的速度.
重複舖一層香蕉, 一層檸檬, 一層冰片糖.
裝至八分滿就可以封蓋了. 由於水果酵素需要空氣發酵, 我們可以放一層紗布讓後再將蓋子蓋上. 然後將瓶子放在儘量的地方等待發酵. 在發酵的期間, 看見白色泡沫是身正常的. 你可以3~4天輕輕的搖晃瓶子.
若看見有發霉的狀況, 請開蓋子嗅一嗅是否有發霉, 若有, 酵素就失敗了.
注: 若想讓酵素更健康的發酵, 在封蓋後請向酵素祈禱.
